For food, we will make restaurant reservations for you, and you will pay the restaurants directly, except hotel breakfasts are normally included.
How much shoud I buget for a luxury China trip?
Of course, this answer to this is - it depends! Like any other trips you take, the costs can vary drastically depending on your needs/wants and budgets. China is relative inexpensive when it comes to high-end food, accommodation and activities.

However, because of the language barrier and complexity in logistics (e.g. most of its tourist destinations are catering to Chinese people and not designed for international travelers, and its cashless & heavily regulated system makes it very hard for international travelers to navigate on their own), if you want "hassle-free" experience, you will need to budget a little bit more to get the professional help and VIP services.

Accomendation
First of all, according to Chinese regulation, not all the hotels can accept international travelers, and hosting services such as Airbnb are not available in China. That said, most high-end (4-5 stars) hotels (and there are many of them!) are available for international travelers, with English speaking staff.

Budget: For Tier 1 / Tier 2 cities (e.g. Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, Chongqing, etc), 5 star hotels start around $400 USD per night and can go as high as $1000+ USD. Depending on your preference, I'm happy to help find the best one for you!
Activities, Guides & Transportation
With my connections and business partners in China, I will provide you with the best deals on quality VIP tour guide + transportation. The price varies based on location, time of the year, group size, etc. But here is an estimate for your reference.

Budget: $500 - $700 USD per small group (up to 3 ppl) per day (8 hours), including a premium car, a driver, tickets to activities (e.g. museums, national parks), and an English speaking tour guide with you throughout the day!
Food!
This is the most exciting part. Get ready to experience all the amazing food China can offer! Great options are endless and we will help you find and book the most sought-after Michelin restaurants, or local's favorites!
